Dr Jaime Jonsson
Dr Jonsson is the founder and clinical director of UK Inkind. Her areas of expertise include stress and burnout, anxiety disorders (including panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, and social anxiety), trauma, depression and mood disorders, relationship problems, and grief. She is able to provide consultations in English and in Swedish.
As a trusted specialist, Dr Jonsson draws upon a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, EMDR, ACT and CFT to be able to adapt her therapy to fit what you need. She believes in the power of warmth, fun, active listening and a non judgmental style to build a strong therapeutic and safe relationship, supporting her patients on their journey towards healing and personal growth.

Dr Kristina Westcott
Dr Westcott is the clinical director of UK Inkind. She offers evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention for a wide range of emotional, behavioural and psychological difficulties including anxiety disorders, trauma and post traumatic stress, low mood and depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and adjusting to and living alongside medical conditions.
Dr Westcott offers a range of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is a warm and compassionate person who works together with her clients to understand how their difficulties developed, how they are being maintained and how difficulties and problems can be overcome. Therapy is tailored to individual needs.

Dr Helen Blake
Dr. Helen Blake is an experienced Occupational and Counselling Psychologist with over 25 years of dedicated practice in psychological assessment and therapeutic intervention. She provides evidence-based support for a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns, including anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD, stress, burnout, low mood, depression, and issues with self-esteem. Dr. Blake is also skilled in conducting workplace assessments and helping individuals navigate personal and professional challenges, supporting their mental health and resilience at work.
Dr. Blake offers a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Known for her friendly and down-to-earth demeanor, she collaborates closely with clients to build a shared understanding of their experiences and challenges, allowing her to create a customised treatment plan that fosters real and meaningful change.

Jane Higgins
Jane Higgins is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. She is experienced in the assessment of ADHD in adults and young people.
Jane has a special interest in working with people diagnosed with ADHD and uses a combination of evidence-based approaches, including adapted CBT, ACT, CFT and DBT. Individual formulation is used to create a shared understanding of strengths (hyper focus, creativity); while also identifying skills and strategies for self-regulation (productivity, emotions, self-compassion).
